1. Dedicated Remote DBA Support (Monthly Retainer)
Continuous, secure backend support serving as an extension of your internal IT team or acting as your standalone database administration unit.
How It Works: A multi-tier, high-availability monthly retainer model where all tasks are managed strictly via a ticketing system.
Incident Response & SLA: We integrate with your automated monitoring systems to receive alerts. In the event of a critical incident, we begin troubleshooting immediately within the strict response times (SLA) defined in our contract.
Predictable Billing: We provide a time estimate for every incoming ticket before work begins. Billing is calculated based on actual hours worked. (Note: For highly complex or unforeseen technical issues, required hours may dynamically increase).
Proactive Maintenance: We continuously monitor vendor releases and proactively notify you about critical security updates and patches.
Prerequisite: This service is exclusively available for environments covered by an active, valid Oracle Vendor Support subscription.
2. On-Demand Database Projects
End-to-end execution of specific, one-off technical interventions and core infrastructure changes.
Core Activities: Clean database installations, major version upgrades, cross-platform OS migrations (e.g., legacy Unix to Oracle Linux), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) testing, and comprehensive patching.
The Process: Every project begins with a rigorous written consultation and a detailed requirements-gathering phase to map out dependencies.
Pricing Model: * If the scope of work and the underlying environment are clearly definable, we provide a fixed project price.
If the project involves hidden risks, legacy technical debt, or an unpredictable scope, we operate on a transparent hourly rate basis.
3. Deep-Dive Database Audit & Health Check
A comprehensive, expert-level examination of your database's current security posture, operational stability, and licensing compliance.
The Process: We do not simply run an automated script and walk away. We request secure, strictly read-only access to your environment and require your team to fill out a deep-dive operational questionnaire (covering hardware/software topology, current backup strategies, and historical DRP results).
The Deliverable: A highly detailed, executive-ready English PDF documentation. This report highlights critical security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and hidden Oracle licensing traps that could cost you millions during a vendor audit.
